Been running for 6 years now

I bought it at a Sears outlet store. It was a display model, but still brand new. When I first got it the engine was surging and popping. They sent out a repairman who did nothing but talk about his life and ask me to sign saying he showed up. Never touched the mower. It finally smoothed out and ran fine after a while. I looked on youtube and found out how to disconnect the anti mow in reverse switch. I replaced the gear shift **** with a paint roller handle to make it longer and easier to shift. I replaced the battery last year. I have changed oil in it a couple of times and sharpened the blades, but that's all that's been done to it and it still runs great. I spend about an hour on it each time I mow.

No Good

I have owned 3 riding mowers in my life time and this one is without a doubt this is the worst one and 2 of them were Craftsman. the steering is terrible with a hard left or right turn. You have to fight the steering wheel back to straight. Bad carburetor that I have had replaced already and it's only a year old. Screw that holds the steering column broke off making the mower dead in the water. Cheap plastic, cheap parts, cheap mower in all. Look at other mowers before buying this one.

Seat keeps coming off. Battery was shot after 10 mows. Ergonomics ****. Need four arms to reach all the controls so.e of which are out of sight.

This is a lie. I was on the website all day trying to purchase this mower but it is not available anywhere. This is a bad business.
I think i will go to another business to purchase a riding mower. Shame . Tried to be a good customer but it seems my ko eye is not good enough for sears.

Nice mower

Cuts well. I wish it would cut higher. Always remember that if your yard isn't THAT big, it's tough to cut in corner areas and you'll end up weedeating a lot more.

I have 1/4 acre. It takes me 15 minutes to mow. It's great on gas, too. Small enough to store.

Be careful on slopes. It doesn't cut with precision on sharp turns, but is still efficient.

I have the mulcher cover/piece and it works great. I've also used the deck washer once and it's easy to clean.
