Terrible

Ordered ratchet online sight unseen, when I received the item it had pitts and blemishes in the handle along with a 36 tooth gear. The flex head had only three detents and the plastic handle seemed very cheaply made. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

Wonderful

My hubby was so happy with this wrench! The swivel head makes it so much easier to get into right spots when working on the car. My 17 years old son liked it so much he has asked for one for his birthday. So I'm back to buy another! Thanks sears!

Not straight

|

I have a similar product, Item # A023241015 Model # 44815, which I really like. The older Craftsman raised panel handle design. I recently ordered another of those, and was given this instead. Not happy. Will try to see if I can get the older version I wanted. I noticed the flex head is misaligned by about 10 degrees (not in the degree of freedom of the flex head, but perpendicular to it). I don't know if that will affect strength, etc., but it really is not good quality control if they can make something so far out of being straight.
