I feel like the plastic switch from forward to reverse could have been made out of a better material then plastic.
Growing up dad always bought and used Craftsman. They were great dependable tools. Times have changed, I bought this ratchet and within a week and a half it broke (never used a cheater bar) the ratchet totally locked up and won't work. Even the cheapest of the cheap ratchets last longer than this. It's a shame Craftsman is making this junk overseas, the quality speaks for it's self. I've had other issues with other new Craftsman tools, so that's it, I'm done. I'm walking away from the Craftsman name. Dad would be appalled.

Warranty of Ratchet
|I love the ratchet, however need to get it warrantied and they do not have it online and most stores do not carry it anymore. They do not offer a comparable ratchet to this anymore. Sorely disappointed in the company. Their lifetime warranty is not what it used to be and I am switching to Milwaukee as they stand behind their products.
