Bought this one just to have a flex head on a stubby ratchet, I've bought many Craftsman ratchets and most especially the panel type are delivered dry without any oil or grease to lube the ratcheting mechanism so I was expecting this one to be more of the same but it wasn't it came lubed and ready to use nice heavy ratchet for it's size. I would recommend this ratchet to anyone looking for a stubby ratchet, yes it's made in China but honestly what isn't in today's market but at least they got this one right it's not China junk it's just China made.

|When folks say the new Taiwan tool imports are getting good they mean this. This and the offset handle flex have the same head but different handle and their part numbers are off by just 1. Same review for both essentially. This thing came with the flex head ball detent fully greased. Around the quick release and around the drive a touch of grease was also visible. Thing was fully greased, chrome was darn good, no imperfections, and the action was smooth. Shockingly good first impression. The lower tooth count is the only thing I would change. Beautiful tool. IF it remains durable, slow clap for the Taiwanese.
