Craftsman 3 Ton Floor Jack w/ Stands and Creeper Set

Overall very pleased with the set. I would have preferred a 40" over the 36" creeper included but otherwise the set is very good. I've used the set 3 times doing undercarriage repairs on my '02 Ford Exlporer XLS and the stands and jack performed flawlessly. Just make sure you follow directions before using for first time (air purge).

Bad Jack

Bought and brought home, with first use jack would not hold up. Followed the bleed instructions, checked fluid level, still would not even hold itself up. Checked online for help, lots of bad things to say about jack. Should have done more research. Took back to Sears, was told by manager they can send in for repairs, but it would cost me shipping to and from, which was about $120 dollars. I then argued for and exchange jack, which they did. Yet the 2nd one has same problem. I took it to a local hydraulic repair shop, now this jack is less than 24 hours old for me, they told me it is a jack from china, they can not get parts. Told me the seals internally are either dried out from shipping , or as simple as they are bad. End result as I can no longer return it, Sears now wants no part in it. I now have a hundred pound garage paper weight. Thanks Sears !!! Never going back there.

Great jack

Heavy duty and reliable. Great price. Heavy but good to keep in the garage. Goes down quick if you don't use finesse so be careful

Great jack

The jack is very heavy but it stays in my shop so I don't have to lift it. Very durable jack stands. The creeper isn't anything to write home about but I didn't buy this for that.
