Not your dad's Craftsman ratchets

It took long enough, but Craftsman finally stepped up their ratchet game. The gears on these are very smooth. If the only ratchets you have ever used were the old raised panel ratchets, you know the ones that have been around for 30 years, then you own it to yourself to try these ratchets. They were made to compete with the SnapOn F80 and the Mac 88's. Now I'm not saying they are in the same league as those, but a fraction of the price and still a very good ratchet. These are also made in Taiwan and NOT China, which is a good thing.

cheaper product sent

I ordered this set and you sent me three 75 tooth ratchets. I went back online to return and get the correct set at the sale price and now you are out of stock. I chatted online with a rep who said my local Sears has them, so I drove to Sears and they don't have them either. I guess when Sears is out of an item you order they just send cheaper models and figure you are too stupid to notice the difference.

Never received this shipment.
They returned it before ever shipping it to me. Fishy stuff going in at Poor Failing Sears.
