I would normally rate this as great. The only negative is that for low cars, you can't use this service jack. The minimum height is a bit to high for some cars. Otherwise, a rock solid jack. Make sure you read the instructions and follow the first time use procedures for properly purging the air out of the system. I think people that have problems with this jack are basically opening the box, rolling it under a car, and jacking it up, without purging first. If you do that with the system full of air pockets, you are going to blow out the seals. Make sure you purge the jack before the first use, and the jack should last for years.
To start off with I got this jack in a combo with the stands an creeper on a fri and on Monday I went to my shop an was going to lift a 92 Honda up that is not heavy at all I got the car raised up and I turned around to get the stand and heard a pop and the car came crashing down pulled the jack out from underneath and the seals pop in it this jack will get someone killed I would not recommend this to my worsted enemy
very strong & heavy duty
I really like this jack, but it is shorter than my old Craftsman 3 ton jack. But it gets the job done.
