I received a coupon via text and email to entice me to complete an order of something I liked at. I spent an hour trying to use it and it never got applied at checkout. This is my last order with the new and no good Sears.
I have not even picked up this order yet. I have had minimal help in getting info on my order. No one answers the phone at the local store, I call customer service and wait 30 minutes to talk to a representative and get hung up on after they put me on hold. YOUR SERVICES STINK. I will never order from you guys again. I still do not know when my order will be in and I ordered it 11/13/2020. Your links on the email to track order say there has been an error and no info available. Help me out. The only thing that has been done right so far is billing my credit card. So dissatisfied! I haven���t received it yet & the guy at store is telling me I may not get before Christmas even though I received email telling me it was ready for pick up. Now I can���t get an answer why the heck they can���t expedite shipping to my home. I ordered on black Friday! This is BS
