Oil Adding Problem

First problem was that there was no delivery available even though it was over the minimum dollar value required and the ad stated free delivery was available. The second problem was adding oil. No matter what size funnel I used it couldn't reach the filler tube. Evidently a funnel with a long flexible neck is required. I had to remove the plastic housing above the filler to access the filler tube. Once gas and oil were added -four primes and the engine started immediately

Totally Disappointed

Mowed 25 feet of the yard and the engine seized up. Had to return it.

Good Mower - BAD Manuals

|

Mower started 1st pull! Terrible manuals (1for all mowers, 1 for all motors). Putting everything you make in one manual is NOT very usable by your customer.

good handling mower

|

I like the large back wheels
it makes all of the difference in handling, especially if there are grades and bumps

don't buy

|

this lawn mower may be good for someone with a well manicured lawn (no rocks) as was using the mower it hit a rock and busted the bottom end and the 2 year full warranty it comes with does not cover anything like that don't think I will ever buy another craftsman push mower again
