Nice mower but not what I expected from the photos online.

This mower will be used to mow a small lawn for my father-in-law. The mower appears to be well made as I haven't mowed with it yet. The oil fill is not as convenient as it shows in the online photos. I had to buy a funnel to put the oil in the engine. I purchased the 7.25 mower last year for my lawn and if I was to do it again, I would have ordered another one for just a few dollars more even it was more mower than needed for a small lawn.

Okay mower... good luck starting!

Skip this model, buy the next one up... Bought this mower and barely got it started!!!! Fresh Gas, Fresh Oil and had to pull it 8 times for it to die, then another 8 for it to run. Not sure how this is 'easy start' . Also, there is no 'oil cap' there's a dipstick located right next to the motor and good luck filling the oil!

Excellent mower for the price

Starts right up on first pull (second on a bad day) and runs flawlessly. I have no complaints!

Average Mower, Bad Customer Service

Used this for the first time today. It's a standard mower. I like the bag. Be aware that the oil fill is in a terrible location. It's awkward to reach and really needs a long funnel.

On assembly, you must tighten some bolts on the handle. Easy peasy, but the handle seemed a bit warped on one side. This made it a bit difficult to get the bolt on properly. I tightened it VERY well, but the angle the handle forced it into, combined with the mower's natural vibrations caused the bolt to loosen and fall off. I didn't even make it halfway through the yard. It's black, and I couldn't find it anywhere. Called Craftsman to ask for a replacement bolt and was told we would need to purchase it. It's a very small thing. Just a bolt. We could buy a replacement, but we shouldn't need to. Trying to decide if I'm going to need to make a warranty claim to return the whole thing as defective if that warping continues to make the bolts fall off. It's just poor customer service.
