Easy start couldn't be happier!

It was easy assembly. Instructions were clear. I am amazed at the easy start! It started on half a pull! And it did a great job picking up all the leaves that were on the grass that I was cutting. I love the big wheels in the back, turning is easy. I'm extremely pleased that it's not heavy to push. Emptying out the bag is really easy too. The hose attachment is really a nice feature and clean up was easy. I've only used it once but I thought I'd cry it was so much easier than my old 10-year old push mower. I was hesitant to get the bagger I was afraid it would be too heavy to push but it wasn't! I felt like I had vacuumed my lawn it did such a nice job picking up all the debris. I did purchase the 3-year Master protection agreement. This will give me the Peace of Mind.

Parts Missing

I bought this mower through sears.com because there are no more Sears stores. BEWARE of what you purchase online. If you can't see it don't buy it from sears. The lawnmower has parts missing and mower can't be run so I don't even know if anything else works. I called Customer service and they said they would send me the parts to fix my brand new lawnmower. Really...I have to fix a $260 brand new mower. I thought okay and then I was transferred. After on hold for 20 mins they hung up on me. My next call they said they couldn't understand me. Imagine that, someone from another country couldn't understand my English. After that they said they couldn't hear me and hung up. I'm stuck with a $260 doorstop. BEWARE.

DONT DO IT

This company is dishonest and doesn't stand behind their product. My push mower leaks oil all over and they did less than nothing. Although it's covered under warranty their reps put me on hold for two hours only to be hung up on. Their reps lied multiple times and don't even speak English. This place takes your money and that's it.
Dishonest
Non existent Customer service
Waste of money and time
I will NEVER go to another Sears for anything.

works as expected - except

Took a chance on purchasing this mower and the risk was worth it. Mower setup instructions could have been clearer, especially the use of the extra hardware. The handle seems rather flimsy but the mower itself worked great. We bought it to cut under trees that our riding mower couldn't reach.

It started on the first pull and ran great. It has plenty of power and is light-weight enough that pushing it even up hills isn't that big of a chore. It cuts even and powers through even 12 inch tall grass. Just make sure to adjust all four wheels together for height to keep the mower from digging into the ground.
