Easy start couldn't be happier!

It was easy assembly. Instructions were clear. I am amazed at the easy start! It started on half a pull! And it did a great job picking up all the leaves that were on the grass that I was cutting. I love the big wheels in the back, turning is easy. I'm extremely pleased that it's not heavy to push. Emptying out the bag is really easy too. The hose attachment is really a nice feature and clean up was easy. I've only used it once but I thought I'd cry it was so much easier than my old 10-year old push mower. I was hesitant to get the bagger I was afraid it would be too heavy to push but it wasn't! I felt like I had vacuumed my lawn it did such a nice job picking up all the debris. I did purchase the 3-year Master protection agreement. This will give me the Peace of Mind.

Parts Missing

I bought this mower through because there are no more Sears stores. BEWARE of what you purchase online. If you can't see it don't buy it from sears. The lawnmower has parts missing and mower can't be run so I don't even know if anything else works. I called Customer service and they said they would send me the parts to fix my brand new lawnmower. Really...I have to fix a $260 brand new mower. I thought okay and then I was transferred. After on hold for 20 mins they hung up on me. My next call they said they couldn't understand me. Imagine that, someone from another country couldn't understand my English. After that they said they couldn't hear me and hung up. I'm stuck with a $260 doorstop. BEWARE.

Don’t buy this. It’s not worth it

I purchased this item and within 2-3 uses it stopped working. I had it repaired by sears and with in a few uses it stopped working once again. I have used it less than 10 times and it’s useless. Don’t waste your money.
