After using a Briggs & Stratton mower for 20 years, I finally had to buy another one. I was absolutely amazed at how easy it is to use my new mower - easy start, smooth handling over my bumpy yard, and my grass looks so much better! The mower was a breeze to put together and get running. I'm a 64-year-old female, and this mower makes it so much less work to keep my grass cut. Thanks!
This was my second craftsman mower to purchase, and I was happy with it the first two times I used it. Then it would not start, and on the advice from the store and the warranty claims dept. I took it in to get fixed. Not a big deal until they did not honor my warranty claim, and then the customer service was absolutely horrendous. First, after I disputed the denied claim I was told I would receive a call no later than 48 hours(three weeks ago) and after I called back I was transferred 9 times until I finally reached customer resolution desk who informed me that this was a store issue not a warranty claim issue. Please buy your next mower anywhere else as I would not wish this level of frustration on anyone.
Only worked for 1 season and during that season i only used the about 6 times.
Sears cannot honor the warranty on this product because they do not have vendors that will check it out or repair it. Money thrown away.
worked great the first time...now wont start...cleaned out the carb and still wont start...dont buy it
Worked well when it worked but didn't work for long had to return it. Multiple customers were returning the same mower when I did. Not recommended
