This lawnmower is a game changer. I bought it for my father who is gettting a bit older. He was having a hard time pulling the cord so I get one with a push button and he is on his way. Works better than I expected and I had high expectations. Recommended for anyone looking for a new lawn mower

It does not start

I bought it in September 2016 and only used 1 time. Today I try to use and it does not start whether using the key or pulling the cord. Battery is fully charge and fresh tank of gas.

Good Mower but Bagging is Horrible!

After reading a variety of reviews about all the different mowers avlb on the market these days, I chose this one bcz it is a Craftsman with a B&S engine - both very reliable. But when I attached the bag and started to cut my lawn, half the clippings and acorns were being shot out the front of the mower and on top of the housing. Several pieces shot up and hit me in the face periodically as well.
Called the 800 nbr and after speaking with about 4 different ppl, I finally spoke with someone who knew what I was speaking about - why a mower with a bag attached were half of the clippings being thrown out the front of the mower? He said the I needed the High Efficiency blade vs. the blade the mower came with (it came with a mulching blade). I was not happy bcz now I would have to purchase a new blade, turnover the mower and change the blade, and torque it up.
I called back the next day and a nice rep apologized for the situation and sent me the correct blade at no charge. I did have to go and purchase a torque wrench to tighten the blade down properly. Now I am just waiting for the darn thing to run out of gas - ran it for over an hour and it is still going.
But still not happy that I rcvd a bagging lawn mower without a bagging blade. Seems really bizarre.

Excellent Mower with High Efficiency and zero maintenance cost.

I have had it for a year now, never had a single issue with it, easy start, I only charged the push start button battery once when it arrives and never did it again for a year. Just put in the gas and use. The only low is that the Mower is not high enough to keep a longer lawn. Regardless, It's highly recommended for its high efficiency and zero maintenance cost.
