These are nice pliers. The only thing I don't like about them are the cutout section in the grips. But this is not a deal breaker.
I was given these as a gift , I figure it was free so why complain , WRONG , these are so cheap and badly made , It is not funny , I know the Great Company Western Forge does not make these anymore , But Geez , you could not at least made these cheap Chinese knock-offs the same ? Jaws don't match up , loose rivets, bad design, scuffs , glue all over , and that stupid looking "C" on them . And what is with those handles ? Doesn't feel like rubber or vinyl or the stuff on the Great WF sets, It's like those old gum erasers we had in grade school ! And what ***** designed them too ? What's with that cut out ? It leaves a semi-sharp edge on it ! And about that cut out , and I have seen them on ALL the pliers sets, Including the Lineman's Pliers sets, MAKES THEM USELESS FOR ANY TYPE OF ELECTRICAL WORK ! Come on Stanly Black and Decker , Really ? Change the grips on these, before someone gets hurt !
Even though no longer made in the USA these are great replications of the same strong quality of Craftsman pliers
Purchased these for my nephew, who is building himself a Craftman's toolbox. No one can beat a Craftsman tool!
