Nice quality for home use and it came with padding to line the drawers. This was larger than what I was looking for but it was cheaper on sale and I'm happy I went with the larger box. It has allowed for me to professionally organize my tools. No more searching for sockets and tools.
The tool chest was delivered with considerable damage, sears���s stand was for me to load two 2 hundred pound boxes up and pay for shipping back (I will never purchase anything again)

The height is correct. The bottom cart might be out of stock in your area due to production and delivery delays.
