Worst tool box

i received the tool box completely destroyed, huge scratches down the front, side has a dent so large it affects the drawers opening, bottom is completely smashed and missing a lot of paint, i have no idea how they can sell an item so damaged and not just give these away for scrap metal, customer service is the worst in the world, i have been on the phone with probably 100 different people because they keep transferring me and for over 4 hours, finally just had to call me credit card company to file a dispute. Also the store manager at Santa Rosa CA Sears is a complete pric, said the item is as is and won’t help at all, why does he even have a job then?

Junk.

Went in to look at this tool box in the Montrose Colorado store. The sales guy tried to show me how a locking lever in the back top part of the tool box worked and it broke lol..... Craftsman tools are real **** now that they are made in China and Sears Hometown stores **** because they are to good for American Express.

Damaged

|

I leased this tool box and when I got it home and got it assembled turns out it was damaged during shipping, drawers won’t close the right way, I rocks back and forth like the box was tweaked, the top lid has damage to it. I will be returning it and never leasing again
