My very first brand new mower, bought about a month ago, works perfectly! Some of the safety features take some getting use to, but no big deal. Love it!
I purchased on March 30th took almost a month to get delivered. Ran once...then wouldn't start. Called customer service "oh I am sorry its past 30days it cant be returned", let me schedule service. They made TWO appoints me taking time of from work both times and they DIDNT show up. So I contact paypal..they contact Sears and they will give me a full refund if I "Just repackaged it and return it to Sears in Beverly". Well let me just stick the TRACTOR in a large envelope and send it right back to you. Oh and the return was suppose to be at my expense. NOT TO SELF DO NOT BUY CRAFTSMAN OR PURCHASE LARGE ITEMS FROM SEARS.
Just had it 1 season so far it has been a good mower. Wish it would go a little bit faster. It cuts even. Pleased ….
Only order and pay for this if you don't want it to be delivered for 6 months and perhaps more! I ordered this in November 2018 and it still has not been delivered in mid-April. Ever time when it is supposed to be delivered, Sears call me to tell me that the delivery has been delayed. Every time, the agent on the phone assures me that this is the last time it has been rescheduled. The same happened today - I forgot the count. I total finally asked them to refund my money as there is no commitment on Sears to deliver this item.
I will never ever purchase any service or product from Sears again. No wonder why it is going out of business.
ordered in november, still waiting for delivery in march, keep promising but never arrives. No wonder they are going out of buisness, customer service is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!! save your money
Placed online order on 11/20/2018. Today is 4/16/19 and still have not received this lawn tractor! i have talked to customer service many times and they have changed the delivery date 3 times. Now I have been told the tractor will not be available until June! Asked to speak to a supervisor and was not allowed to do so. Horrible customer Service!!!
I placed an order for this item 5 1/2 months ago and they have changed the delivery date repeatedly for the last few months. Their only offer is I can cancel the order and reorder the item for $400 more to get it. Huge warning you likely will just give sears a free loan with no product to show for it.
