2050 Power

Has the power it says it has. Plenty of sprayer fittings. Easy to use, I like the fact you can remove from the base and carry. Stores well. Doesn't take long to hook it all up, it's quiet. I would like to have a lock "on" feature, hands get a little sore with bit jobs.

Died in 2 days, customer service HORRENDOUS

I bought this product a few months ago and just had a chance to use it recently. After two days of usage it completely died and will not power on. After calling Sears multiple times to try to figure out the best course of action for repair, I was referred to repair centers that refused to work on the unit and told me they only work on gas powered pressure washers. After contacting Craftsman directly, someone finally told me that all electric pressure washers should be exchanged completely and not repaired. I've been trying for weeks now to get this unit replaced and all Sears have been out of stock with it. I have also tried multiple times to call multiple Sears to get an update on if the item is now back in stock, and I have not been able to get anybody on the phone. STAY AWAY!

Part missing

|

Haven't had a chance to use my pressure washer yet. The instructions for assembling the cart were difficult to understand and the part which attaches to the handle to hold the trigger was missing. If I had discovered this prior to completing all other assembly I would have packed it all up and returned it. Of course, this is not a part listed for replacement which means I can't order one. Mentioned this at my local Sears store, the salesman simply shrugged as if to say "who cares?".  Craftsman used to mean great quality - no wonder so many stores are closing their doors!
