Bought over a month ago. Sears employees don't care. Offshore Customer service hangs up when you call. Corporate HQ won't take calls. Read the handwriting on the wall: Sears ship has sailed and is now sinking
It’s advertised as a big set but it has a lot of tiny items you’ll most likely won’t ever use. The wrenches and ratchets are smooth which are dangerous when you have oily hands. Also the case was broken during shipment. Overall not professional quality at all.

The product in itself is ok, Accept for maybe some improvements that could be made in packaging the product maybe add plastic or card board inserts in between the trays. I had to find and place almost 450 parts back into the trays that were scattered. I bought product on the day before black Friday was suppose to get 100 dollars worth of cash back points. Never received! since then have contacted both sears and shopyourway. 5 days later still have not received the points. Crazy part is If it wasn't for the points offered I would not have order this product from sears. The exact same 450 piece craftmans set can be bought on **** or ****** cheaper. Ps also read the warranty. As near as I can tell every thing in the set except for the 3 ratchets and extensions are consider nut or bolt drivers making the sears lifetime warranty void on 440 pieces. Also Stanley and ***** craftmans sets are numbered differently so don't bank on them honoring the warranty for tools sold by sears. Not very happy with sears or shopyourway at the moment. Will be buying my tools else were for now on. They lost a life time customer
This is a great value! Love it! I heard about craftsman over 40 years ago while attending college for auto repair. This was a good investment then and that has not changed.
