Excellent product, fast shipping Would buy again.

Paid for 2 sets plus shipping and never received. Listed as shipped on website so I contacted customer service, only option, via e-mail with a person on another continent and they would check into it. No information on why they were not shipped, and then received from sears a e-mail listing refund on credit card within next 10 days for items but not for shipping and refund was less than what was listed on e-mail. Next day screwdriver sets still listed as available for sale but needed to pay for shipping even though I already paid for shipping when I ordered and never received. I am very disappointed in Sears customer service for it is difficult to communicate with a person via text on their website with no option to actually speak on the phone to get or receive information. "We will escalate your concern to top priority and you will receive e-mail from us within 2 days". Not the way to do business and I understand why Sears is failing and I am tired of being frustrated and angry with the offered customer support, which is very poor and unable to actually speak to an individual on the phone who can resolve your problem and maybe reorder the product and have it shipped rather than no product and issue belated refund that is less than charged price and no product. Minus any shop your way points which are not added back to the account. Wonder how many other loyal Sears customers have experienced my encounter and are shopping elsewhere due to poor customer service. I am saddened knowing that Sears will soon only exist as a memory as I page through the Catalogues I have saved over the years.

You just can't beat Craftsman screw drivers, especially when they're on sale and come with a lifetime warranty. Shop on line to pick up in store is great!
