Here's the real.....

Well first off I'm exited about my new sockets!!!! The only cons are 1 you have to double check the product , there are two , on made in china and one made in the US ! The packaging is the difference along with the US stamping . 2 you can't buy the online price in Hawaii

CHINESE, no longer made in USA

I ordered this set expecting the made in USA Craftsman set depicted on the Sears.com webpage.  The set received was MADE in CHINA.  The socket set was promptly returned.  If I want Chinese made tools I will shop at a competitor for pennies on the dollar.  Craftsman used to stand for USA made quality tools - no longer can be trusted to be the case.  Sears has destroyed the competitive advantage of their strongest brand.

No case!

|

The tools are craftsman so they are good as far as I can see. Doesn’t really matter with the lifetime warranty but the online description stated that a case was included. And that, the test results reveled, was a lie! Two plastic trays and that’s it! No case included!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hard trays but anything lighter and they would brake out of the box! Heavy tool set! Be forewarned, NO CASE IN BOX!!!!!!!!!!!

Sears has lost touch with customer service.

|

Advertised for $119 on sale, while I am adding to my cart, once in my cart price goes to $184.99. Sears will not honor advertised price. Violation of advertised price law and just poor customer service.
