Nice set, not so nice on customer service

Bought the set, the sockets are basically put into a box (or thrown into the box), taped up, & shipped, guess the presentation just wasn't there when I opened package.  They had double up on one socket so I was missing one size, called .com & tried to have them ship the one to me, they wanted me to rebox and send back to them, no way!  Got local store to change out for right size.  It is a great thing that I can go into a local store and have the salesperson order for me and have no shipping fees, plus they took care of me afterwards when .com was basically getting stupid.

Product Seems Decent Sears is Not!

I bought this set in a layaway program. I paid it off and then they shipped it. When it got into my town it was "lost". 25 days later after lots of phones calls to UPS,, and Local Sears store I asked for my money back and what do you know it shows up because it was "lost". When it arrived it was missing the 1/2" to 3/8" adapter. I am not happy about that. Over all the Set seems like the quality is pretty nice. I have been threw so much with the company I am not even going to be begin with a return process, Shipping fee and restocking fees. At least I got most of it. Might have lost my business from this.

Great set

Easy to read even after using several times. All the sizes I'll ever need. Very durable.

As good as you would expect it to be.

Not a whole lot to say, its a 55 piece impact socket set it, does what it's supposed to do, good carrying case if you need to lug it around.
