Sears has a lot of problems.

Sears has a lot of problems. The cabinet was difficult to order on line as the on line site crashing or freezing up. It took four attempts to finally get the order accepted. I sent someone along with the paper work to pick up the chest and I called ahead to the local Sears store to insure there would be no problems. I was informed that without the credit card I ordered the product with, it would not be possible for my helper to pick up the chest. Despite the fact that I was talking to the assistant store manager,she was steadfast in the assertion that I would need to provide the credit card as the system would not allow the pickup without the card. Guess what? My helper showed the paper work, loaded the cabinet and left without anyone asking for the credit card. After unpacking the cabinet and installing the wheels, I realized the cabinet drawer lock did not work properly. I think it is a simple problem, and could be corrected in the field. The chest weights almost 300 pounds, and it is a lot of trouble to return it to the store. I called Sears service, but had difficulty understanding the service representative. A lot of the problem is my mine as I require hearing aids to assist with hearing. It is difficult for me to understand someone with a foreign accent. I asked to be transferred to an someone without an accent hoping that would solve the problem. I was transferred to four different people, but all of them had a strong accent. Finally I gave up and decided to try another day.

Still like it a few months later. The wheels are a little hard to put on at first. It's heavy also.
