Box is great. I had it 2 days a lock messed and they would not replace it.went to ****** and bought them.craftsman used to stand for something
Received the box from store with no visible damage when I got it home and unpackaged , the bottom left side of box was bent up and side was collapsed in . No damage to shipping box whatsoever , tells me it was packaged and shipped like this . I will not be purchasing or supporting craftsman or sears after this due to the lack of customer service and just Unwillingness to help or make the situation right.
Great tool box impress with the quality heavy duty ,arrived as promised, no problems with the delivery not a scratch nothing missing ,comes with user manual, 2keys comes all together you just have to install the wheels ,side handle, put the mats on the drawer etc has 2 power strips, you will need someone to help you when putting the wheels on over all I recommend it
Delivered toolbox after over a month. It was the first available delivery date which was fine and it was delivered on time but the back is dented!
I would give it 0 stars. Item Delivered rusted and dented. On phone for 2 hours to try to resolve issue. We are taking item back ourselves!

Dealing with online chat support is a joke. They are telling me that I need to return this massive box to the store for an echange.
Stupid option. Agent tells me that he's escalating this to "High Priority" and I should get an email response within 46 to 72 hours by email.
A few years back I was missing a couple of pieces in a tool set. I was able to email support and withing a few days received the missing parts. Apparently, making easy order corrections is no longer an option with Sears. Perhaps this is an example of why they had to file for bankruptcy?
