Pretty good

Bought this yesterday and already put like 3 hours on it and does an amazing job, only complaint I have for it is when you first start running it you have to let it run for about 60 seconds at idle or it will die when you pull the trigger.

Recoil Failure

Replaced another Craftsman that only lasted 2 years. Had for 5 months used total of 10 times. Sometimes difficult to start. Sometimes would retract only half. Latest debacle is that the pull start failed to retract at all. All nearby Sears stores are closed down. Avoid this brand!

Very Disappointed in replacement spark plugs

I need a new spark plug, searched local to no avail. Cannot even cross reference it as its like a generic plug. Can only buy from Sears Parts direct, cost $8.00 to ship and will take 2 weeks. Don't know why they would put in a part that you cannot replace right from your Sears store or any hardware store or even the manufacturer of the plug. So if Sears goes out of business, we will be out of luck with this trimmer as far as just a simple spark plug then Ill have to just trash it. Meanwhile my weeds will be a few feet high till I get the plug in the mail at an exuberant cost.
