Perfect for the Job

I was looking for a chainsaw that was light enough for my wife to operate but still safe and capable of doing the job. This one fit my requirements perfectly. It is light enough to carry out to the further areas of my property and take down that small tree or scrub that grew up and is in the way. It is powerful enough to cut several trees or bushes and it will charge fast so that it is ready to be used again at a moments notice. Definitely a great yard tool to have in your garage or toolshed!

Works great but the chain comes off constantly

It works great but it is very annoying when the chain comes off, and it happens constantly. Seems like the wood chips do not clear the chain while cutting causing them to get lodged under the chain.

Chinese Trash

I have owned this for 1 year and 3 months. Unfortunately it is no longer under warranty. I have used this three times on light wood and nothing over the 9 inch max size. I was cutting today and it started making a noise. A minute later the chain stopped moving but the motor was spinning fast. The gear that rotates the chain spins freely so it is broke somewhere inside. What a waste of $120. At least the new manufacturer builds them in the U.S.

Awful - do not recommend - warranty useless

|

Item stopped working after first charge. Battery wouldn’t charge after first use. Warranty was useless and it’s now totally impossible to talk to anyone that could help me and I no longer have access to a Sears as they all shut down near me.
