It works food for light jobs such a leaf blowing just takes time. Not as strong as for other uses.
Its no more than a toy,no power whatsoever.Battery runs down after 10 minutes. Piece of junk
I bought one for my wife and she liked it so much showed it to my neighbor's wifre.
Had to buy her one as well.
I purchased this because I own the weed wacker version of this as well, and the weed wacker is fantastic. This leaf blower did work and was efficient, however with that being said there were definite cons to this item as well. Here are both:
-precision based instrument
-was able to go over top of the mulch without displacing large quantities of it
-battery charges very fast
-I don't know where craftsman tested this thing, but I highly doubt it hits wind speeds of 135mph(maybe at full battery for the first 3-5 minutes
-this definitely is geared towards hard surfaces, while it does work on grass, unless the leaves are full leaves, it won't hit the smaller debris very well
-even though the batteries charge fast, it took me 1.5 full batteries to completely go over a 1/3 acre plot
This definitely has a place in a home for lawn care, but I wouldn't use this as your go-to for debris removal. A little 2 stroke will clear everything in 1/4 the time, and then go in and touch up with this in the more sensitive areas like where mulch is. Like I said, I would recommend this to a friend, but not as the go-to instrument. Hope this helps with your decision.
