just got the washer home a little while ago, simple to finish the assembly, added the oil that was provided, and filled it up with gas, I always add a little stabil to gas to help hold down on moisture, then put it to work on the house, and I got to admit it does a great job, plenty of power.. BUT I bought the cleaners that was recommended and I got to say YES the machine is great but do not buy the cleaners, they are a waste of your money... I suggest going get some mean green, and putting it into a 1 gallon sprayer with some water and just spraying down the area you are cleaning, much cheaper and does a way way better job...
Bought this thing 2 years ago used it a few times to clean a 10x10 deck garage kept put up with winterizer in pump , got it out yesterday ran 10 min and froze up.Should have known better than to buy a Craftsman!! All told about 3hrs use for 299.00

Wishing Sears could somehow stand by their products better
I purchased this in 2015. After a few months, the carb was clogged and I couldn't get it to start. I cleaned the entire fuel system, including the bowl, but then the engine froze. I removed the plug and gave it a few pulls and it finally started. I replaced the plug with a much better one and this pressure washer now starts on the 1st or second pull. Make sure to use good, fresh gas and keep the fuel system clean. Overall, this is a pretty decent pressure washer but stand by to do a little work on it.
Still under warranty. Was thrown line of garbage about water in fuel from ethanol. Drain for storage and followed guide lines. More to fix than cost. Ridiculous.
HAD PROBLEM WITH PRESSURE WASHER STILL UNDER WARRANTY SPOKE TO AMANDA SAID NEEDED CALL IN SERVICE DIFF # SPOKE TO LORENA TOLD ME I NEEDED TO TAKE APPROX 2 HOURS AWAY FOR SERVICE. I EXPLAINED DISTANCE WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD GET CALL BACK 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR IN SHOP REPAIR CENTER CLOSER TO MY AREA. THAT WAS 4/2/2019. I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING OR RECEIVED CALL FROM SEARS CRAFTSMAN OR REPAIR SHOP. NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAVEN'T PURCHASED ANYTHING ELSE FROM SEARS OR CRAFTSMAN. GOOD PRODUCT BUT POOR SUPPORT AND WARRANTY. I LEARNED AN EXPENSIVE LESSON.
