I got this M12 coat after my foreman got one and seemed to love it.Now that i have my own im really liking gets so warm you have to turn the heat down and it came with a small m12 battery that was lasting me a max of 6hr's well i just got the M12 XC battery which is bigger and let me tell you the heat gets warm faster and even seems warmer and it runs me a full 8hr work day on a single charge with the xc pack so that is a def must if your using it for work it made such a diffrence with the xc battery.i highly recommend this coat..

Tool replacement

The hammer is ok. The customer service is terrible. This was a warranty for a broken hammer. Was not in stock ( as usual). They ordered the replacement for me , it was supposed to be a 8 oz. not a 16. Had to go somewhere else an buy a 8 oz. This is the 3rd trip in a row for tool replacement that is not in stock or has been discontinued. I am beginning to think I would be better off to throw the broken tools away an buy another brand. 35 years ago when I started buying craftsman tools you got great customer service. Now it SUCKS.

Craftsman Ball Pein Hammer

Item arrived in timely fashion. The handle was a bit dried out, but that was taken care of with some boiled linseed oil. Pleased with purchase.

Not as illustrated

Hammer head does not have cast Craftsman name as shown in illustration. Durable Craftsman ID is important to identify product for lifetime warranty of user satisfaction. Otherwise hammer is OK. Description says that hammer head is replaceable, a mistake. Sears is slipping ...
