Very good, not excellent though.

This set is very good, but not excellent. It is Made in the USA as of May 2014. The extensions are very nice, they get and excellent. But the swivels are the pin type. The 1/2 swivel is especially big and bulky. I don't think I'm going to use the swivels, so dropping a star. The extensions are 5 stars, the 1/2 to 3/8 conversion piece is also 5 stars, but the big, bulky, and clunky swivels are fair, so a 4 star overall. For the price, this is probably the best Made in the USA impact extension set you can buy for this price point. They seem to be new old stock, they were kind of dirty, but no rust or blemishes. A quick wipe down with WD-40 or light oil cleans them up nicely.

Not up to the USA quality

I see why these were half price the quality is not up to the Craftsman standards of old. Smaller than the USA version and metal is no as strong all ready have to return one for replacement which is not available at local store anymore. So now I have to wait 2 weeks for my replacement and my repair job is on hold or I can spend more money but why should I have to. The Craftsman lifetime warranty has went down hill as well since the local stores aren't carrying replacements of commonly use tools in everyday work. Would be great to have the tools and warranty of days past but I guess those days are gone.

very good quality for the cost. The only thing I can complain about and it's just because I'm picky. The sockets have a little tiny bit of play on the end of the extension but not the amount to where its hard to plant your socket.

Nice set

This is a nice set of impact extensions and swivels. I have Pittsburgh impact sockets & extensions from ************** too and they are of the same quality as Craftsman. I think all of it is probably made by the same Taiwan and Chinese plants.
