Snow blower

By far the best snow blower I have owned and trust me, I have had a few. Life in the north country of upstate NY can be brutal with the heavy snowfall and it is a necessity you have a powerful, reliable, and dependable snow blower for your driveways and sidewalks. This snow blower exceeded my every expectation!

This snow blower is useless. The wheels slip, so light it rides up instead of going thru the snow. I had to pay someone to plow my driveway. I spoke with the asst manager who could not or not help & only offered excuses. Although I've had it for less than 60 days he refused to let me return it & credit towards another model.. Said he would have the store manager call & that never came. Sears has lost a customer for LIFE

Does not start

I bought this blower at the end of the season, so did not use it until the snow season has started. But very first snow and it does not start. We have changed spark plugs and replaced gas and still no luck. It is still under warranty but not enough information where to take and how to get it repaired. Sears won't send anyone to fix it at home.
