Works great and I don't go deaf using it

This snowblower has performed flawlessly for the last 5x Colorado snow seasons. Its very well made and with the Zero turn capabilities, very easy to maneuver. My neighbors are always jealous because I don't get stuck in places like they do. I spray some silicone or WD40 in the chute before each use and the snow always passes through with ease. This unit has a very good muffler. You can barely hear it 20 feed away. I always had to wear ear protection in the past as my last snowblower sounded like someone was beating on an oil drum with a hammer. The joystick based exhaust chute control takes some getting used to but once you do, it is far more functional than the old crank style. I would also recommend adding a gas shutoff if you don't drain the gas each season. That goes with any small engine though in my opinion. Makes off-season storage simple.

Terrible Product

Terrible Product. wasted over $1,000 on this along with a useless warranty. Ive had to pay someone every year to get it started since I bought it from your now closed store in Burlington, MA. lines clog up constantly and it never turns over for me. Im at the point where I just need to eat the $1,000 bucks and go out and get a blower that actually works like an aeries. don't waste your money or time grimacing and hoping it will work for the next snow storm. learn from my horrible experience - don't buy craftsman ever!
