Wicked Sucker

Simple and powerful. I used it to clean a large fountain and was startled by how quickly it sucked water. Had I known, I would've gotten a larger model; this one fills up in a flash. Be sure not to use the default paper filter for water applications. There's a spongey slip-on for that.

Stopped working after about 6 uses

I've had this for about 8 months, and have used it maybe half a dozen times. Was vacuuming my car and it just stopped dead. Of course, now it's out of warranty. I contacted Sears Customer Service via chat and was literally told "Unfortunately, we don't live in a perfect world...." It wasn't the best comment for me to hear when it seems the vacuum was defective. I wouldn't buy one again. That's unfortunate, because I've always liked Craftsman products.

Delivery failed and customer support lied

|

Sears delivery is unable to handle corrections. The checkout never asked for the shipping location, when I tried to redirect, I had to wait for it to ship and refuse. That was not possible for me. 800# assured me that it was resolved, then blamed me and would not correct or refund. Some porch pirate has about $85 worth of my goods and I am out the $$. No more SEARS online for me, SEARS taught me a lesson.
