Wrong wrench, twice!
|I ordered a 9mm universal ratcheting wrench and they sent me the wrong wrench twice.
It clearly states ratcheting on the order and received two wrenches without the ratcheting feature.
I don't know what to do at this point.

Great Wrench
|Substantial tool. Love the ratchet feature. Nice to be able to use one tool for 6,12 point Torx, etc. I am gradually replacing all of my old open-end wrenches with these in SAE and MM.
