This product made the job easier for quick disposal
The handles are not attached well, and they fell off. Some plastic holder inside the handle broke. Could not be repaired. I hope they will give me my money back, because it's not worth exchanging, it'd just break again.
These are very hard to find, but worth the search.
This lopper is easy to handle, has a solid feel and a nice sharp cut.
I have owned many pairs of these over the years and they are great for homeowners and DIY'ers that have a lot brush clearing and pruning work to do. Backed by the Craftsman guarantee and "built to take it" makes them an indispensable tool around my property. The compound action allows the user to exert a lot of leverage without straining to make a cut. I keep a couple of pair on the property and ready to work at all times.
The Craftsman warranty makes any tool purchase a never ending source of reliability in fighting tool failure. A replacement tool is always available without inquiry-and with the current technological improvements. The anvil concept is MUCH better than the by-pass concept.
I had these loppers for several years and just the other day the anvil broke. The local big box Sears did not have a warranty replacement, and the nearest Hometown is more that 30 minutes away. The local ************ has the part for only $6.99. Instead of spending the gas money to drive for a new replacement pair, I'm getting the blades in town.
