Great edger

We bought this edger a few weeks ago and have used it now 3 times..we just bought a new house and the yard looked horrible. With help from this edger it now is perfectly edged!! ....we use to have a edger/weed eater combo and let me tell u buy this instead those suck for a good edging

What a disappointment in a Craftsman product.

Replaced a 25 year old edger with this one. Spent hours reviewing different brands of corded edgers and after visiting Sears Hardware and looking at this one I chose it because it had an actual edge guide and not the visual one the others had. I have used it 3 times and I'm going to return it. The handle can't be tightened enough to keep it from wobbling. The blade is worn down because it is not hardened steel as advertised. The guard is fracturing on the underside where it is bolted to the housing. I always thought the serrated blade would be great, but all it does is chop up the grass and leave a ragged edge looking lawn. I figured when the blade wore out I would put on a smooth edged blade and it would cut cleaner. I'm never going to find out because of all the other problems. Oh before I forget, " the designer of the cord holder should be fired.," It is useless. Again it's not the best Craftsman product ever sold. Shame on you Sears for such a piece of junk

Electric Corded Lawn Edger

|

The lawn edger works very well, but it's weight is a little too light I would like the base of the edger to cave a pound or two added to feel a little more stability to the unit
