I use this bag everyday all day long on house calls. It's full to the top with tools. Great quality and love the duffel bag like strap! I ordered another to replace another bag I have.
If Sears wants to stay in business, the recipe is really quite simple. 1. Provide high quality product. 2. Price it right. 3. Stand by it. I'm sorry to say, Sears failed me on all three counts with this transaction. On this product's web page, under More Information, you will find a link to a PDF file titled Warranty Information. What would you infer from this? That perhaps this product has a warranty? Not so according to my local Sears associate. If the product in store doesn't have a tag on it explicitly detailing how much warranty it has, it has no warranty whatsoever. This was not a cheap bag. I paid $50 for it. The stitching fell apart within 6 months. I didn't expect this bag to last forever, but was I wrong to hope it would last more than half a year? Nothing with the Craftsman name on it should have a warranty of anything less than a full year. Full stop. I would give this transaction zero stars if I could. Not just for the poor quality of the product, but for the abysmally poor quality of customer service I received in store. The associate really made me feel as if they robbed me fair and square. I'll miss Sears when it inevitably succumbs. But only because the loss of another competitor will embolden ****** to further decline in their customer service.
One of the best bags I seen from Craftsman yet and I done bought all versions I actually owned three of this bag
