Great tool for the price

This is the second impact driver I purchased. The first is 5 years old and still going strong. The 2nd was purchased to keep in my shed work area to eliminate the back and forth to my work shop. The Nextec 12 volt set hasn't let me down.

For light use

I bought this drill to use for little things at the dealership i work at it is a nice weight and charges quick although the quick release sticks often and leaks grease. One of the ball bearings inside the release became stuck and ended up leaving the drive crooked; sears replaced it after a runaround, now i'm having the same issue with the replacement

Outstanding Performance!

|

This is my second Nextec 12V. Five years ago I bought the first one and was amazed at the power and performance from such a small tool. The small size is an asset in confined spaces. The original driver and battery are great but the charger gave out. Now I have two batteries and drivers. Wow!

Great 12v Performance and Durable

|

I have owned my Nextec 12v impact driver for 5 years and not once has it ever failed. I dropped the unit several times and was worried that something would have to it later on. But, it still works. The impact driver is very durable and performs very well for everyday household tasks. I've put together a large shed and it gave me the power I needed to drill screws. The impact driver handles heavy duty work but not for long period of use; Short burst is better used. I may add that the lithium battery performance is a 5 star to me and the price point is very competitive.
