Use it to find out why these lights are on, see if your car is ready to pass its emissions test, check for road trip readiness, or determine if a problem is something simple you can fix yourself, and even double-check mechanics’ estimates.

    • Works with any car, light truck, minivan, SUV or hybrid manufactured since 1996 (OBD2) – foreign and domestic.
    • Connects to the OBD2 port (usually found under the steering column).
    • On-screen diagnostic trouble code (DTC) definition in English, French, and Spanish defines what triggered the CHECK ENGINE light to turn on.

Works as needed

Works fine. After figuring out what the code was, cleared it after fixing. used a shop your rewards thingy to get a discount they sent me, so this one cost me the same as cheaper ones from other stores.

I will never shop at Sears again.

I attempted to pick this up from the online pre purchase system Sears has. After 30 minutes they came out and told me they couldn't find it and I would have to go into the store to buy it. They hadn't informed the cashier of the discounted price so o had them call. They hadn't cancelled the original charges or printed me a receipt so I had to go back to the pre order window. But hey they did take 10 percent off my order. So for an hour + of waiting for them to get it right I saved about $3. I see why Sears is going under. Bon voyage!

Good for the money spent

|

Good to get codes but wish it came with software to trouble shoot the codes . Other then that it works perfectly and love the fact you can clear the codes with a single button push

Not As Described

|

I ordered this and ended up taking it back due to the fact that it was not as described. It is a basic car reader nothing that tells you whats wrong with your vehicle. It really wasn't worth the money to me.
