One of the Better Craftsman units

Hi all. If all you need is a 41" wide Heavy Duty unit, This is it. Top drawer holds almost all my Sockets. And the slides aren't struggling. Casters come with Cadmium plated Bolts and washers for Corrosion protection. Includes Drawer liners, Top mat. Only reason I gave 4 stars, The Top Box mounts using Flat Brackets behind the unit. OK for Shop Use. Wouldn't trust it for moving the toolbox to another job. Older units bolted through the top and bottom. From inside the units. And the Power Strip. I would prefer it to be more User Serviceable. Easier to replace when needed.

Missing Parts

Top Quality well made product however can not get missing parts replaced as it has been obsoleted by SEARS. SEARS customer support is horrible and not knowledgeable at all. They just keep transferring you to a different department.

Fraudulent Practices From a Soon to be Bankrupt Company

|

Sears needs to be out of business, and now. I purchased a $1,734 tool chest set in July with the promise of $600 in my reward points. For nearly three months my account said my points were pending. Upon calling today I am told that only $300 are available and that they will be doled out in $25 increments over 12 months, that must be used each month. I asked to return the item, and the agent said it was past the window and I could not return. This was a scam. Stay away from Sears. I have spent my entire life buying Craftsman tools. I am done with them.

This toolbox is very nice, it was packed with heavy duty cardboard and had film all over the tool box to keep it from getting scratched. I got this box on sake for764.99 and i think it was a great deal its very well made. I had problems with the bluetooth but that's not why i bought the box so im not worried about it would like to get another one for my garage, im using this one at work. Well worth the money i spent
