I'm happy

Ordered this via the internet as the local Sears stores or outlet within a 30 min drive did not have this model in stock. When I received the unit the wand tips and screen for water inlet were missing. Sears gave me a $50 credit as I did not want to send the entire unit back just for missing these items, Have washed the back patio and a concrete fence. So far the washer has performed well. Plenty of pressure and has a big gas tank. Honda engine has a starting sequence you have to follow or it will not start. Not a big thing just different from the old school engines I have had. Starts on first pull just make sure you have the water turned on. I find it a bit easier if you press the wand trigger to relieve pressure as you give starter rope a pull. .

Buyer beware

Received this item and unpacked it. Right out of the box I noticed the wand extension was bent. Next the wheel on the left side was also bent and wobbled when you moved the machine. Things just get worse from there. Went to start it up after putting oil and gas in and there was very little pressure coming out of the wand. Tried increasing the pressure via regulator and nothing. Called sears and had to drive 45 minutes to the closest certified service shop. Waiting to here back what the diagnosis is. After dropping that much money on a machine you would expect it to work or for sears to send a new one to replace it. Instead I have to wait 2 weeks before I even know what is wrong.

Don't have this shipped by UPS/FedEx/USPS/etc!

Ok, be warned that the packaging of this product is not meant for individual parcel shipment. It's meant for palletized shipment. This product arrived with patched holes in the box, oil all over the inside of the box. I didn't attempt to start it. I just returned it out of fear of broken seals/gaskets. I'm very disappointed with the packaging. Especially when it's a product that has this price tag. It's best to buy this from a store, unless they re-do the packaging of this product.

I may buy this again. I'll see once I get to use it.

I actually haven't had the chance to use it as it came covered in some lubricant that has gotten everywhere. I'm unsure what it is or where to replace it from as it also came with a full bag of oil that's not punctured and the tag says it has ZERO oil in it.
I will be taking a 3rd trip to sears to have it looked at prior to running it.
The 1st trip was to purchase the smaller model that ended up being junk.
