I have had this mower all summer. Cut my mowing time (3 acres) by more than half. It is important to note that all zero turn mowers warn about tipping. They are not kidding. If you have hills or ditches, this may not be the mower for you. I was a little disappointed that, even after having to wait for several days while it was "assembled" I still had to finish the assembly. Also disappointed that Sears does not sell a bagger. I was able to get a bagger from Cub Cadet as this is the same mower as the Z-Force L54 KH. Took me about 3 hours to install. BTW, the Cub Cadet is cheaper and has a longer warranty than what is offered by Sears.
My mower was delivered and one of the front tires won't hold air. I can't believe it! I have bought four big mowers from Sears in the past 13 years, and every one has had tire inflation issues. I can't even use this one. Now I have to wait for Sears to replace the entire mower even though I suggested that they overnight me a new wheel and tire. I would gladly send them the old one. BTW, Sears won't fix the issue, they sent me to "Sears on line"...Messed up my schedule, and costing me way too much time.
Purchased this mower about 5 years ago, have had repeating problems yearly after the first year. I got the protection agreement and it takes several weeks to get it fixed. I was on "hold" with Sears for over 45 minutes, then hung up on. Tried chatting, after 20 minutes of waiting, disconnected.
The mower has been here a week now and so far I am very happy with the machine. This one replaced a 5 year old entry level Craftsman Zero Turn Mower that lost its transaxle. I really notice the tighter control, better steering and the increased power on the new mower. The cut is precision. My only complaint to date is that the seat safety switch is so highly sensitive that any sort of bump and the blades shut off automatically, meaning I have to stop and start the PTO knob often during a big job and go really slowly to avoid stoppage. This almost negates the time savings promised by a zero turn mower. At 112 pounds, I must be too light and the switch thinks I've left the seat with any sort of motion. Also, delivery took 4 weeks so the mowing got waaaay behind schedule. Hope this one lasts several years!
Sears delivered the tractor promptly and after reading the owners manual cover-to-cover, I was ready to go.....except the right transmission leaked transmission oil throughout my lawn during the first use. A Sears technician immediately came out to my house to inspect the mower and advised me the right transmission had a manufacturer’s defect which is why all the oil leaked. He offered to replace the transmission within 7 days or replace the entire mower in 3 days. I took the new mower, which has worked well for the past three months. The reason for my low rating is that my lawn was ruined by the oil leak and while Sears Customer Service promised my lawn would be repaired, nothing has happened. It’s been three months and I’m still being pushed to different departments. Very Poor Service

This is our first zero-turn mower, and we are very pleased with it. It has a lot of power, and handles very well. The only thing I would change is the ability to raise the mowing deck higher than 4 inches. In a rural area, I'd like to be able to mow some areas that have gotten overgrown, but the mower does struggle with some of that because of the deck clearance.
