Well Made

If you are going to buy a pruner pay for quality and a guarantee. This is made well but everything wears out eventually and you never have to buy another one. I have taken several worn tools back for replacement with no hassle. I have been through almost a pruner a year but this one is made much better by far. You get what you pay for. Well made and a great value. I also should mention they work better than any other I have purchased!

Horrible Tool

I had a nice Craftsman Pruner that lock wore out. I traded it in and was given this piece of Junk. I'm on my third one and it will not cut even a 1/4" branch cleanly. Should never have traded it in.

clicking on product, it stated eligible for free shipping but when I went further it stated not eligible for shipping and the store to pick it up was not near my hometown. I saw nothing telling me I could order it to be delivered here in my town or to my address. Disappointing to say the least but this has happened before. I prefer shopping in a store and making purchases. This online ordering with Sears leaves a lot to be desired!

Piece of Trash.

|

The Sears Associates were terrific! But the replacement Pruner is trash! The spring that
Opens the handles did not work. Again, I returned it with no problem. The latch to
keep it closed does not fit but I'll try and live with it. "Made in China" Original was USA!
