Good, but could be better

Decent for what it is, but a little too pricey. As others said, some holes are not punched proper and the sockets do not fit. I have both American made and China made Craftsman tools. My main problem is that they have holes for sockets they do not even make. A cursory look shows upwards of 50 blank holes if you, like me, bought two sets - one standard height and one deep well sockets. Even with the largest, complete socket set Craftsman sells. That does not help with seeing at a glance what is missing. Just makes it more confusing. If they made it a perforated board, where we could knock out the sockets we actually have and leave in the plugs for the ones we do not. That would make it well worth what it is. And as others said, it is large, takes up a lot of space, but I am old and need help finding what I need, so that is fine.

Don’t buy

They look great in your tool box. Once you set them up you will love this item. As soon as you try to put a socket in it and it doesn’t fit the hole you won’t like it so much. Then when you try to take another socket out and the whole thing comes out with it you will hate it!

For full size craftsman tool chests

Great sturdy construction for gigantic tool chests. If you have a regular chest, even a larger than average, these socket organizers will not fit properly. Your application must be super gigantic or they will not fit.
