Great value

Great drill - lots of power, long battery life and compact design. Much better than the old 18V NiCad Ryobi that it replaced. Only drawback is that it does not include a built in driver bit. Perhaps this is something that is becoming a thing of the past.

Great Product Awful Customer Service

Previous purchase Customer Service experience was horrible. Item purchased was shipped to Spokane, WA and I am in Tampa, FL. Why? Who knows, no explanation offered, just aggravation and the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Took them close to 30 days to get my money back. Caveat-Emptor (buyer beware), stay away and if you get a call from Sheri at CS 512 248-7780 don’t bother it’s a waste of time.

Powerful and effective. I even use it to power my garden hose re-tractor. Have also used it to drill 1" holes in stumps. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Dependable

I bought this drill for ice fishing. As it powers my ice auger. I have drilled 16" of ice over a dozen 6" holes and never a dead battery, also I love the hammer feature for mounting equipment on concrete walls. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Very strong drill.

|

I have had this drill for a while now, and I'm always impressed with it. The balance is great, the strength is great, and the battery charge last. I'm putting on a metal roof on the house, and this drill outlast my helpers drill. Seems like he is always changing his battery. We are also using the DeWalt nail guns for the sheeting, and never have a problem. DeWalt is the way to go! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great Product

|

This is a great product. I worked on maintenance staff for a year and using it for varying task it worked great and never had a issue when put into conditions that were questionable of being in its work load. I have always used Dewalt and this product has kept with the great quality of tools they provide. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
