I received this for Christmas... What a Great Saw. I've been using a Bosch Worm Drive for years, what an improvement.
The same would be 5* product if the main competitive feature - active break - would work reliably. Half the time the saw doesn't stop the blade. I could have had just as nice of a saw for hall the price without the active break. Also mine is Made in USA, but the quality is still poor.

Perfect circular saw.
|This is a perfect saw for all your circular saw needs. It's light weight, easy to maneuver, and does everything I expect out of a circular saw. Only gripe is it came with the contractor's bag and not a nice hard case. Oh well.
great saw
|have had it two years and use it lots around home! it is very well built and I'm sure it will last a long time. disappointed it did not come with the rip fence. and no local stores stock the rip fence and don't really want to order one
Works Great
|I bought this saw as a replacement to another. I really like that the guide/fence is extremely sturdy thus allowing you to make square cuts without it flexing and allowing the saw to wander. I have used it to cut many oak stair treads and it has performed flawlessly.
