Great product

I bought this angle grinder for cutting tile for a bathroom remodel. The grinder works great for curved cuts on the tile with a diamond blade. No issues there. The only issue I had with this is that a user manual was not included in the box, but can easily be found online. Also, note that this does not come with a spanner wrench because it has a quick release for the attachments.

Bait & Switch

|

I am so tired of Sears' bait & switch tactics. I purposely ordered the DeWalt grinder because the Craftsman one can not be used for cutting (as per instruction manual). So what comes in the mail today? The Craftsman grinder. Not only is it inferior, is cost LESS than the DeWalt. I didn't get equal value nor a refund for the difference. I called customer service but was on hold for over an hour before I hung up. I have ordered from Sears weekly for the last year but I am finally done. Their customer service is the WORST! They closed the local Sears store and the company continues to die a slow death. It's no wonder they're in bankruptcy. Companies can be sued for bait and switch tactics but they don't care because they know the company is broke & won't be around very long anyway.

Powerfull

|

Haven't really used it yet, but the little bit I have. The motor does really seem really powerful. Downside, as many have commented is there is no spanner wrench. At least its assembled in the US!
