I needed a new battery for my car. The sales man was very helpful with helping me pick out the correct battery for my older van. I did not want to spend too much money but wanted a reliable battery. I was given a appt. for the next day . When I went to the store for my appt, they could not find it. The salesman remembered our conservation and made sure I had my appt. It was done in the promised amount of time and I was given coupons to use while I waited. The car mat had some grease on it from the installer and the salesman quickly went to get a cleaner and cleaned my car mat himself. The battery is working great and I would go back to sears for my car needs again. Thank you .
Never got it. Stopped by but kept missing the hours so went to a competitor and bought a battery. Canceled the order which doesn't appear to have been done YET so filed with the credit card company to force them to refund. Being in the store (auto closes at 6) and asking for help is a challenge. Demoralized employees marking time.
Needed to replace a dead battery. Ordered the Die Hard battery online at a discounted price. It was ready for pickup a couple of hours later!!! Started the car without any problems!!! The representative was also kind enough to take it to my car for me.
I am going to report to BBB for your irresponsibility
