Purchased Die Hard Battery charger. This product was on sale and is easier to operate. The salesperson was very helpful and provided information on how to operate the charger. He also took the time to look up any points I had accumulated to reduce the sales price listed.
Failed the first time using it. Also can't see LEDs when using outside in the sun. Bought an old school manual one with analog meters from a competitor and enjoy that one, but stay away from this one and its technology.
I see why sears is about out of business everything I try to buy is unavailable
First of all it came in it's original box that had been dropped multiple time the box was dented, broken and all scratched up. The product itself had several dents and scratches. Upon inspecting it there was no electrical cord to plug the charger in, it had been cut right oflut of the product. Very poor manufacturing and handling of the product. We used our saved earnings from our sears card purchases, along with extra money from our account. They are returning the money we used from our account but are refusing to return our almost 200.00 dollar credit unless we purchase the exact same item....So this is how you treat your returning and LOYAL customers?!?!
Broke after a year and Sears refuses to return it even though there is document signed by sears saying within 3 years to return TO SEARS! I was on the phone with them for one hour as all stores by me closed and I have never received such horrible customer service in my life. This was rarely used, while it worked it was wonderful but how can a company not follow their own typed policy????????????????
