Battery works great. Having to order the battery online to get the sales price was a pain. I didn't realize this until i was at the register. The sales clerk was amazingly helpful with assisting the purchase from my phone so I could get the discount. Clearly sears wants to be an internet retailer. It's a shame they will let go hard working clerks who understand customer service.
I bought this item on Jan 23, 2013 and had to get a new one today. Did not last a year till I had to get a new one. Funny exchange which I will talk to the manager about tomorrow.
The absolute worst experience I`ve ever had with sears. I`m returning this battery. Actually I`ve never picked it up. I went on line twice to cancel my order and still haven`t gotten my money back. I don`t think I will be doing business with Sears ever again
have had a number of sears batteries over the years and always been very pleased with them...and this one will start your engine on the coldest of winter days
